What will the Law Society do?
- The Law Society of Saskatchewan monitors the ethical and professional behaviour of
lawyers in Saskatchewan.
- The Law Society disciplines lawyers who do not act within the standards of professional
conduct set by the Law Society.
- Disciplining a lawyer may include a reprimand, a fine or penalty, suspension, or
disbarment where a lawyer can no longer practise.
- If you complain about your lawyer's conduct the Law Society will look into it and may
discipline your lawyer.
