Why bother complaining about my lawyer to the Law Society if it's run by
lawyers?
- The Law Society is directed by lawyers as well as some non-lawyers.
- They are bound by law to make sure that the lawyers meet professional standards.
- The Law Society was created to protect the public interest.
- It is in everyone's best interests to make sure that lawyers act ethically and
competently.
