- Ask your lawyer to drop the legal jargon and speak in plain English.
- Don't be afraid to ask questions.
- Be sure you understand what is going on and that you are clear with your lawyer about
what you want to see happen.
- Remember your lawyer is working for you.
- You always have the right to try a different lawyer.
