The revision of The Limitations of Actions Act, R.S.S. 1978, c. L-15  has prompted the need for a new edition of the Saskatchewan Limitations Manual.  The changes to the legislation to rationalize and clarify limitation periods in Saskatchewan affects several statutes, resulting in changes to every page in the first edition of the Saskatchewan Limitations Manual.   The 2005 edition is a new edition which is produced only in an online format.  A printer-friendly version is available for users, but a printed copy will not be sent to every member.

While no further updates will be sent  for the first edition, the editors recommend retaining the first edition of the Saskatchewan Limitations Manual for at least 10 years.

For questions and suggestions regarding the contents of the Saskatchewan Limitations Manual, please contact Stephen McLellan at (306) 569-8242.
