WAIVER This manual is intended to assist Saskatchewan lawyers in identifying limitation periods. Every effort has been made to include all limitation periods in provincial legislation. We have also attempted to provide all relevant case law in the annotation section. However, the work necessarily involves the review of a great number of statutes and editorial discretion. There can be no guarantee of completeness or correctness. The user must apply professional judgment and refer to the original statutes and related cases.
