The official version of the reasons for judgment from the Saskatchewan courts
is the signed version of the judgment. The electronic versions of the judgments, either in PDF format or the
database format are unofficial copies of the judgments. The judgments from the Saskatchewan
Courts are made available on the
Internet for public information and for research purposes. The material on the web site or in the database may be used without
permission provided that the material is accurately reproduced and an
acknowledgment of the source of the work is included. Copying of the materials in whole or in part, for resale or other
commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Despite
the considerable care taken by the Law Society of Saskatchewan in preparing
the judgments for Internet use, the Law Society of Saskatchewan does not
warrant the accuracy, reliability, or the completeness of the electronic
versions. The
Law Society of Saskatchewan will not be liable or responsible for damages of any kind
arising out of the use of the judgments or the databases.
