The Law Society Library prepares two tables updating legislation information in Saskatchewan:  a Table of Bills and a Table of Regulations.  The Table of Bills covers the current session of the Saskatchewan Legislature.  The Table of Regulations covers the current year.

The information provided in the tables is unofficial.  Printed documents should be consulted for the official versions of legislation and regulations.

BILLS

The table is arranged alphabetically by the act being amended.  Use the Status of Bills database to search for statute amendments from previous sessions (subscription or membership required).   The Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan provides the fulltext of bills, which are arranged by the bill name and bill number for the current sessions only.

REGULATIONS

New and amending regulations appear in the table alphabetically by the name of the enabling statute.  Regulations are published in the Saskatchewan Gazette Parts II and III.  The table is updated immediately after regulation information is published in the Saskatchewan Gazette.  The Saskatchewan Gazette is available only on a subscription basis from the Saskatchewan Queen's Printer.
