New Judgments

The Law Society of Saskatchewan believes in access to justice and is committed to providing free access to Saskatchewan judgments.  In cooperation with the Saskatchewan courts, the Law Society provides a list of judgments in fulltext format.  Information about each court can be located at the Courts of Saskatchewan web site.  The judgments from each court are loaded within 24 to 48 hours after they are received from the courts.  They are arranged with the most current judgments first. The lists will cover judgments issued within a one to three month period, depending on the number of judgments issued by each court every month.

Judgments that no longer on list may be found by searching the Saskatchewan Cases database.
