Application to have a specific CPD Activity accredited

To check if a CPD activity has already been accredited by the Law Society, go into the CPD Hours section of your Member Profile and click on "Browse Activities". If the CPD activity you are searching for is not listed then it has not been accredited. In that case, you will need to submit an application to have the activity accredited by the Law Society.

 
Application for Approved Provider Status

Approved providers are required to apply to the Law Society for approved provider status.  However, we have ceased granting any additional organizations approved provider status because we are working on further development of the CPD Policy, including the approved provider criteria.

In the meantime, we are happy to consider all CPD activities on an individual basis.  Organizations must complete and submit a CPD Activity Application Form for each of the programs they wish to have approved.
