Sexual Harassment

The Law Society, in conjunction with the CBA, has prepared a model Sexual Harassment Policy for firms.  The policy provides examples and sets out the procedures for pursuing a complaint.  While adoption of this policy is not mandatory, all firms are encouraged to have a sexual harassment policy of some type in place.
