Implementation of the Revised Queen's Bench Rules of Court

The Justices of the Court of Queen's Bench resolved at the Court's en banc meeting on June 12, 2012 that the entire Revised Queen's Bench Rules will come into force on July 1, 2013.  The reason for the delay in the implementation of the Rules is to permit them to be fully translated into the French language.
