Implementation of the Revised Queen's Bench Rules of Court

The revised Rules of the Court of Queen's Bench passed by the Court on September 16, 2011 will be implemented in two stages.

Parts 1 - 8 of the Rules, which include all of the new interlocutory procedures and the new expedited procedure are expected to come into force on September 1, 2012. The balance of the Rules will come into force on a later date to be announced. The reason for the two-stage implementation is to allow for translation of the Rules into the French language.
