Standard Form Offer to Purchase
The Real Estate Committee for the Law Society has recently
approved a Standard Form Offer to Purchase for use by practitioners
in the Province of Saskatchewan. A copy of the most recent
approved draft is enclosed for the use of practitioners. The
document will be revised from time to time, based on your
comments. If you have comments which you feel would be of
benefit to the improvement of the document, please feel free to
provide those comments to the Law Society and they
will be forwarded to the Real Estate Committee for review.
The enclosed document is intended to be a document that affords
a reasonable measure of protection to a purchaser. It is
being made available to all lawyers for general use. Any
changes to the document should be clearly noted if you are
providing the document to another law firm for review.
