Reference and Research Services for Members

A reference and research service is available to lawyers in Saskatchewan within the guidelines of the Law Society Library Access to the Law Policy.   At your request, library staff will conduct a search of legal material available in our collection and through online legal resources.  This service does not constitute a legal opinion, nor do library staff guarantee the comprehensiveness of the search.

Book Loans to Members in Saskatchewan

Lawyers in Saskatchewan may request the loan of any book in the Library Catalogue.  Contact library staff in the Regina Library (306) 569-8020 or the Saskatoon Library (306) 933-5141 or  email us.

Loan Policy

For lawyers in Saskatoon and Regina
For rural lawyers using books from the local Law Society Library

  • Reference books must be used in the library
  • Reserve books must be returned in 24 hours
  • General textbook collection, report series, journal collection must be returned in 14 days
