From Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan
The Court of Kingās Bench for Saskatchewan has issued an Administrative Notice on the preferred form of address for judges of the Court. To increase gender inclusivity, the use of āMy Lordā and āMy Ladyā is no longer required. The preferred form of gender-neutral address is āChief Justiceā, āAssociate Chief Justiceā or āJusticeā, along with the judgeās last name, or alternatively, āChief Justiceā, āAssociate Chief Justiceā or āJusticeā, as the case may be.
