The Law Society’s space on the second floor of the Regina Queen’s Bench Courthouse is being reduced this fall to allow for increased space for the courts to better serve needs.
While we use this welcome opportunity to deal with older materials no longer relevant to practicing members, we are updating our space and modernizing the way we support our members’ needs through online and print resources, regardless of location.
Our newly renovated, condensed space will be the office base for two helpful Law Society staff who will continue to support members’ legal information needs by providing expert information services and high-quality research assistance in person, via email, and over the phone. In addition, there will be a public workspace equipped with Wi-Fi, a photocopier, and a publicly accessible computer.
We thank you for your patience during this transition period. As you can appreciate, it will involve careful relocating of our many resources, while we maintain our commitment to providing members with resources in the most convenient digital and print formats available.
Please stay tuned for further updates as they become available.
