Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan
The Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan has issued repealed and replaced General Application Practice Directive #5 – Gowning Policy for Counsel. The Practice Directive sets out when counsel are required to gown and what proper gowning entails.
