New Practice Directives

The Court of Queen’s Bench has issued two new Practice Directives. GA-PD #11 sets time limits for oral presentations in Chambers. CV-PD #6 introduces a requirement to file Chambers Appearance Memorandums in Civil Chambers. Both Practice Directives become effective September 1, 2022 and can be found on the Court’s webpage at https://sasklawcourts.ca/queens-bench/rules-practice-directives/.
