Due to the high volume of demand, lawyers and other persons with deposit accounts are asked to consider not filing documents with the Court of Queen’s Bench by email, if the same documents can be conveniently sent by mail, or delivered in person to the drop boxes located within each court house. Your compliance with this request is much appreciated as it will assist court staff in giving priority to urgent matters as well as to others who must, due to their particular circumstance, use email as their only safe means of filing documents.
