Notice of Errors in 2023 King’s Bench Rules Annotated
December 20, 2023
The Law Society of Saskatchewan is providing notice that there are errors in the Tariff of Costs included in the 2023 King’s Bench Rules Annotated (paperback version). Please see this Errata outlining and correcting these errors. The online version has been updated to reflect these corrections.
Amendments to the Tariff of Costs are anticipated in 2024. In light of this, it is important to emphasize reliance on authoritative versions of all legislation. Government of Saskatchewan legislation, including the Rules of Court, can be found atFreelaw on the Government of Saskatchewan website. Information should be cross-referenced with official sources.
