The Registrar of Titles Directive

With the recent death of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and the succession of His Majesty, King Charles III, the Registrar of Titles has issued a directive. Titles issued with registrations in the name of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Saskatchewan (or Canada) continue to be valid and may be relied on pursuant to The Land Titles Act, 2000.
