The Court of King’s Bench has updated its emergency contact information in the event that a judge is unexpectedly needed outside of regular office hours to consider an emergency application. The Court may be contacted by emailing [email protected]. The email must include your name and contact information, as well as a brief description of the nature of the emergency.
A Court employee will contact you to provide instructions, which may include a direction to contact the Local Registrar during regular office hours if it is determined that the matter is not emergent.
Members of the Law Society are reminded that when the need for an emergency after-hours application is anticipated, the applicant should contact the Local Registrar in advance, during regular office hours, to make appropriate arrangements. Contact information for the King’s Bench Registrar’s Offices can be found here: https://sasklawcourts.ca/kings-bench/court-locations/.
