From Canlii blog
We are delighted to announce the addition of Les Cahiers de droit to CanLII’s commentary section.
The journal is published quarterly by the Université Laval Faculty of Law with a mission to ensure the dissemination of research that contributes to a deeper understanding of the law and its evolution in relation to society.
Les Cahiers de droit is read by university researchers, jurists, judges, and practitioners; it also reaches a readership outside the legal community and reflects multidisciplinary research around legal issues. All areas of law are represented, with a strong emphasis on legal criticism and institutional reform. The journal primarily publishes articles in French and occasionally in English.
