Following up on last year’s acquisition of conference proceedings from the County of Carleton Law Association (CCLA), we are pleased to announce that another selection of over 800 continuing professional development documents from the Law Society of Saskatchewan (LSS) are now available on CanLII.
Continuing professional development (CPD) content is an important research source for the practice of law. It is often some of the most practical information available, and frequently it is aimed at a smaller geographic area. This means that it may be the only thing written on a particular topic for a jurisdiction.
Content added from the LSS ranges in date from 1984 to 2014 and covers a wide variety of subjects in many areas of law. It can be found under the ‘Conference proceedings’ category on our Commentary page.
Many thanks to the Law Society of Saskatchewan for collaborating with us and allowing us to make these useful resources available on CanLII.
We hope to be able to add more CPD content to our commentary collection in the future. If you have conference/seminar material that you would like to make available on CanLII, please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
