We have an opportunity for a skilled Associate Lawyer to join our established Corporate and Commercial department. In this position you will assist clients with matters such as incorporations, corporate reorganizations, drafting and negotiating contracts, share, asset, and real estate sales and purchases, as well as other complex corporate matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Three to five years of experience practicing Corporate and Commercial law.
Advanced drafting skills and business acumen.
Exceptional legal analysis and judgement skills.
Strong practice management, relationship management, and business development skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
