Confirmation – Lost Wills

The information from your Lost Wills Form will be reviewed by staff at the Law Society within three business days.   

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your Lost Will Form will be added to the Lost Wills List which is circulated among Saskatchewan’s lawyers for review. Placement on the List does not guarantee that a lawyer or law firm will locate the missing will. Lawyers who review the List and recognize a client name may follow-up with you directly.   

Due to the personal information included in the Lost Wills List and to safeguard privacy, the List is only accessible to Saskatchewan lawyers using login credentials and to individuals who work at the Law Society. 

You are also encouraged to consider other options for finding a lost will. Try contacting the Saskatchewan Courts Wills and Estates Registry to see if they have a copy on file:
