Professionalism Case Studies

A Professionalism Case Study is a description of an actual situation in which a lawyer is faced with a decision involving one or more ethical, professional responsibility or practice management issues. The Law Society of Upper Canada has developed a series of Professionalism Case Studies to be used as a basis for discussions by study groups which have been modified with permission by the Law Society of Saskatchewan for use in Saskatchewan.

The cases are listed by practice area. Each case comes with a Facilitator's Guide which has been updated with references to Saskatchewan resources.
