This episode discusses the Labour & Employment Perspective of Cannabis Law. It will provide a brief background on the unique nature of marijuana, current and proposed testing methods, and when an employer can test for marijuana use. Much of the episode will also focus on fitness for duty in a workplace, medicinal versus recreational marijuana use, accommodation and workplace policies and rules, including what is “safety sensitive”.
