Court of Queen’s Bench COVID-19 Update
September 9, 2021
The Court of Queen’s Bench has updated its COVID-19 directive effective September 7, 2021. The new directive returns court proceedings, other than jury trials, to pre-COVID arrangements subject to the direction of the presiding judge. Specifically, in-person attendance will now resume and documents may no longer be filed by email. Also, Court Services has also implemented a new directive that requires persons entering a court house to be screened and wear a mask. The new directive can be found on the Courts’ website.
