Update from Court of King’s Bench
September 8, 2022With the death of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, pursuant to section 3 of The Queen’s Bench Act, Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench now immediately continues as His Majesty Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan. The Court of King’s Bench will be issuing an Administrative Notice relating to this change, which will be posted on the Court’s webpage at: https://sasklawcourts.ca/queens-bench/administrative-notices/.
