Updated Court of Queen’s Bench COVID-19 Directive
September 16, 2021
The Court of Queen’s Bench has updated its COVID-19 directive effective September 15, 2021. Due to the worsening spread of COVID-19, the Court will revert to hearing all Civil and Family Chambers, presumptively, by phone. New applications should contain the notice described in the directive to inform Respondents to provide their phone number to the Local Registrar. Child Protection Chambers will continue to proceed by telephone in accordance with the Court’s directive of September 7, 2021. The new directive can be found on the Courts’ website here.
