Thank you to all members and support staff that provided feedback after completing the new online Annual Reporting process.
We have taken that feedback into consideration and are implementing changes based off what our members found useful and what they found to be difficult. The main concern noted was that assistants, bookkeepers, or office managers who were assisting in completing the form could not access the form without the member’s login credentials. You will note on the Annual Report we requested that each firm provide the name and contact email for the person that is responsible for the daily accounting records. We will be using this information to set up login credentials for the contact person submitted.
An email will be sent from our system email address email@example.com to each individual when their credentials are set up. The individual will be required to complete the set up by following the instructions in the email and setting up a password. If there has been a change in this position or a change in the contact information provided since submitting your Annual Report, we ask that you contact Allison Williamson at firstname.lastname@example.org with updated contact name and email address.
If the email address provided for the assistant, bookkeeper, office manager is the same as the firms Designated Representative, we will not be able to supply separate login credentials as each login must have a unique username (email address).
Please note, while assistants, bookkeepers, and office managers with login credentials will have the ability to access and complete questions on the online Annual Report they will not be able to submit the report. Designated Representatives will still be required to log in, review the report to ensure all information is accurate and then submit the report.
