As a step towards modernizing and streamlining reporting requirements the Annual Report (TA-3) has moved online. We are also happy to report that your firm was exempted** from filing an accountant’s report (TA-5/TA-5R) for the period ending December 31, 2020. 

As a result of the delay while we transitioned to the online format, the deadline to complete and submit has been extended, without penalty, to April 15, 2021. Please note that submission after April 15, 2021 will result in a penalty in accordance with Rule 1606.

**Pending review of your Annual Report, the Law Society may require subsequent completion and submission of an Accountant’s Report by a licensed CPA. You will be notified in writing if this is required.
