Join lawyers Alanna Carlson and Aaron Baer for an insightful discussion on an often-overlooked aspect of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: neuro-inclusion. Alanna will introduce key concepts such as neurodiversity, neurodivergence, and universal design, demonstrating how organizations can move beyond basic accommodations to create a workplace that fosters inclusion, engagement, and productivity. Aaron will share practical strategies and lessons learned from implementing neuro-inclusive practices at Renno & Co, a law firm based in Toronto, providing actionable insights for leaders looking to enhance retention and performance.
