DESCRIPTION:Qualifies for 2.75 CPD Hours. \nIn most cases\, affidavits are the key documents relied upon in Chambers and other Court applications. They provide the factual basis to support\, or respond to\, an application. Preparing proper and persuasive affidavits is an essential skill for every litigator. Affidavits are the means by which each party can provide the evidence necessary to explain to the Court their position and perspective on the application. Done properly\, affidavits will enhance the likelihood of a successful outcome for your client. Conversely\, poorly crafted affidavits will have the opposite effect. \nJoin us to hear from a Court of King’s Bench Judge\, an expert writer\, and an experienced civil litigation lawyer about how you can enhance the likelihood of achieving a successful outcome for your client by preparing proper and persuasive affidavits.
