DESCRIPTION:Qualifies for 1.0 CPD hour. \nThis webinar will examine restrictions on farm land ownership in Saskatchewan as well as the legislative mandate of the Farm Land Security Board. Participants will be given a guided review of the new statutory declaration forms that must be submitted to the Board if your individual or corporate clients acquire an interest in Saskatchewan farm land. \nPresenters:\nKim McLean\, Director of the Board Governance and Operations Unit in the Ministry of Agriculture (Regina)\nAudrey Olson\, Senior Crown Counsel with the Office of Tribunal Counsel in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (Regina) \n___\nFor virtual activities\, registration closes one hour before the program start time.
