Develop exceptional advocacy skills and receive constructive feedback in a small group setting. Learn from your own performances\, that of the other participants\, and the faculty demonstrations. Don’t miss this opportunity! \nWorkshop Features include: \n\nWork in small groups\n\nFaculty-to-student ratio of 13 instructors to 32 students\n\n\n“Learn without the burn” \n\nConcentrated practice of your advocacy skills in a supportive non-threatening environment\n\n\nFaculty of experienced judges and lawyers \n\nAccess the skills and knowledge of experienced trial judges and some of Saskatchewan’s finest courtroom practitioners\n\n\nComprehensive curriculum \n\nExercises will be drawn from two case files\, one civil and one criminal. The exercises will develop your skills in direct and cross-examination\, use of exhibits\, witness impeachment\, re-examination\, demonstrative evidence\, and opening and closing statements\n\n\nFaculty critique and constructive suggestions \n\nAfter each skills performance\, you will receive constructive feedback from your instructors.
