PATHS will be offering our Understanding the Dynamics of Domestic Violence for Family Law Practitioners online training from December 7- 10, 2020.
This training will provide an overview of the dynamics of domestic violence (also known as intimate partner violence) in the context of separation, divorce, and child custody/access (parenting time) for family law practitioners. The program is approved by the Law Society of Saskatchewan and qualifies for 12 CPD hours, 4.5 of which qualify for Ethics.
Training will take place through Zoom over four mornings (8:30 am- 12:00 pm) from Monday, December 7 to Thursday, December 10. The content covered will be the same as is offered during the two-day, in-person training program. A link and password will be sent to registered participants prior to the start date.
