The Office of the Supervising Justice of the Peace is seeking a lawyer who is interested in part-time case management work as a Senior Justice of the Peace with the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan in Regina. 

Under the direction of the Supervising Justice of the Peace, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting case management processes in civil actions at the Small Claims Court level. 

The qualifications required for the position are as follows:

(1) Law degree with a minimum of five years experience as a practicing lawyer and two years experience as a mediator, facilitator, and/or collaborative law practitioner
(2) Knowledge of civil procedure
(3) Knowledge of case management principles and/or dispute resolution theory and practice
(4) Superior analytical and conceptual skills
(5) Excellent communication skills
(6) Demonstrated ability to make sound and timely decisions
(7) Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work independently
