Graduating Students Seeking Articles for 2017-2018
The College of Law, in conjunction with The Law Society of Saskatchewan and CBA Saskatchewan, have collaborated to raise awareness and encourage the creation of articling opportunities for University of Saskatchewan, College of Law graduates. The College of Law maintains a list of graduates seeking articling positions. There are currently a number of graduates seeking articles and we encourage you to consider creating a position. You can also offer a portion of articles and students may be seconded to other firms to complete their full articles. We appreciate your past support and hope that you will consider providing an opportunity to a new graduate.
The Saskatchewan Articling Recruitment Guidelines for the 2017-2018 articling term have been confirmed. A summary of the dates is as follows:
Application Deadline: Thursday May 12, 2016 at 10 am (it is anticipated that the earliest marks will be released is on Monday May 9)
Firms will use best effort to book interviews by Friday May 20, 2016 at 10:00 am
Interviews: May 26 and 27, 2016
Offers: May 31, 2016 at 10 am

There are still students who are seeking articles for 2016-2017 and if you are interested in hiring a student please contact Terri.

** Please note that Law Society Rule 152 requires principals to receive Law Society approval prior to taking on an articling student.
