The print edition of the Saskatchewan Queen’s Bench Rules 2021 is now available in our shop. As I mentioned in my June 9 post, every purchase of a print copy will also include a one-year subscription to the online edition beginning September 1. In the meantime, the online edition will be available in our Member Resource Section.
If you are not a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and you do not have a user account for our website, please contact me and I will provide you with credentials in order to use the shop. Please note that we will need to set up user accounts in order to grant access to the online text as well. The user and the person who orders the QBRA do not need to be one and the same: we will simply need the name and email address of the person who needs online access by September 1.
You will be able to find two different products in the Law Society of Saskatchewan shop:
We will make the online subscription available in the shop in the coming weeks.
There will be two options for the print edition at checkout: shipping via Canada Post or pick-up from the Law Society’s main office. If you are interested in an alternative method of delivery, please select the pick-up option and contact me.
Family law practitioners and regular Re:Source readers will be aware that the new Part 15 is now official and available on the Court of Queen’s Bench website. As I mentioned in the June 9 post, the print edition contains the draft Part 15 as it existed on March 1. The online edition will be updated to include the new Rules as soon as possible.
