Before drafting a retainer agreement, you are encouraged to review some precedents. When reviewing precedents, bear in mind that regulations regarding contingent fees agreements, limited scope retainers, and retainer agreements, in general, are not uniform across jurisdictions. Always ensure that your agreement complies with Saskatchewan’s Rules and Code.
