This module is not an exhaustive list of questions you should consider when screening potential clients. It is your responsibility to screen your potential clients and their cases and ensure that you are competent to provide all your clients with the quality of service that they are entitled to expect. It is also your responsibility to minimize your exposure to risk by limiting the number of problem-fraught clients and cases you decide take on. Client screening is a skill you will develop over time. You should adapt your screening procedures to account for your experience and develop a consistent approach that works for you.
