Judicial Compensation and Benefits Commission Begins Inquiry

The quadrennial Judicial Compensation and Benefits Commission has commenced an inquiry into the adequacy of salaries and benefits for federally appointed and Federal Court associate judges. Similar reviews are held every four years as stipulated under section 26 of the Judges Act.
