The Law and Workplace Sexual Harassment

The Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan and the Shift Project will host a webinar on June 24, 2025, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. The session will review the law as it applies to workplace sexual harassment. Presenters, including lawyers from Whyley Legal Counsel and Labour Relations, Gerrand Rath Johnson, the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission and Kowalchuk Law Office, will review legislative requirements, workplace investigations, the potential for civil actions, key considerations in the union context and the resolution process at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
