Are you able to recognize the symptoms if you, your colleagues, or family members are struggling with mental health issues or addiction? Do you know how and where to seek treatment or find resources? Does the stigma of a mental health issue prevent you from seeking help? In this webinar, Darryl Singer shares his personal story of anxiety, depression, addiction to OxyContin, and his road to recovery highlighting the lessons that he’s learned.

Darryl is a mental health advocate, and the head of the Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Group at Diamond & Diamond Law, Toronto.
