Harmonization of Personal Protection Equipment Requirements Across Canada

The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety is looking for input on possible regulatory changes to The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 1996 to align specific personal protective equipment requirements with those being adopted across Canada. The proposed changes are part of an effort by provincial, territorial, and federal governments to harmonize regulatory standards in a number of areas. Please send responses by May 15.
