The Claims process for compensation under the “Indian Day Schools Settlement Agreement” will open on January 13, 2020. If you wish to make a claim for compensation under the settlement agreement, you will need to complete and submit the correct form. A copy of the settlement agreement and other information can be found at the following website: https://indiandayschools.com. You may register through the site to receive information directly about the settlement process, and the Claim form will be posted on the site on January 13, 2020.
If you qualify for compensation under the settlement agreement, you are to receive your compensation without any deductions for legal fees or disbursements.
If you need assistance to complete your Claim form or to make your claim, class action legal counsel will assist you without any cost to you.
