CALL/ACBD goes virtual for 2020 conference

The Canadian Association of Law Libraries’ annual conference has gone virtual in light of COVID-19, and CanLII is pleased to be a part of this year’s lineup.
The conference kicked off on May 25 with CNN reporter Daniel Dale on misinformation and his experiences fact checking in political journalism. From there, environmental lawyer and former Ontario environmental commissioner Dianne Saxxe spoke about the climate crisis and liability, followed by lawyer and legal scholar Joshua Sealy-Harrington on free speech and equality.
