Sections 331, 332, 337, 338, 342(2), 344 to 347 and 350 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 2, SC 2018 c 27, are proclaimed into force April 30, 2020 (PC 2020-0274). The proclamation affects the Bank Act and the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada Act, enhancing the FCAC’s mandate and powers.
