Section 215 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2019, No. 1, SC 2019, c 29, is proclaimed into force on the day on which this Order is registered (PC 2020-0339), which is June 10, 2020. This amendment adds exemptions to the Electronic Administration and Enforcement of the Canada Transportation Act.
Sections 163(2), (4), 166, 168(2), 172(2), (7), (8), 173(2), 174(2) and 175(2) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2019, No. 1, SC 2019, c 29, are proclaimed into force May 23, 2020 (PC 2020-0371). These amendments affect the Food and Drugs Act.
Sections 225(5), 238, 247, 248 and 257 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2019, No. 1, SC 2019, c 29, are proclaimed into force June 4, 2020 (PC 2020-0408). The amendments will affect the Pilotage Act.
